This is a step by step tutorial on how I built a portable SIM racing rig for Assetto Corsa, Project Cars 2, iRacing for my Xbox. You can use it for Xbox, playstation, computer, whatever. If you have the SIM racing bug, hopefully this portable SIM racing rig is right up your alley!

Materials and Tools I used:
3/4″ or 7/8″ Plywood. I used a vintage piece, but I would choose birch or something less flexible than standard plywood.

Have it cut to 22″ by 49″ at Home Depot.

2x 1′ 2×4’s. You can buy a 24″ 2 x 4 and have them cut in half

This is a Porsche 911 restoration that was abandoned in 1994 after being converted to a race car. My plan is a twin turbo Subaru EZ30 porsche engine swap with 400+ HP to the wheels. Stay tuned.
